If you are not completely satisfied with your Revival Made purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.
Please e-mail us at lindsay@revivalmade.com for a return authorization. Refunds will be issued only for full-priced items. Items in the Sale section or purchases made using a discount code may be returned only for store credit or exchange.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tag intact. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. Exchanges/ Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt. We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs,unless the return is a result of our error or for damaged merchandise. We reserve the right to deny credit if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
